Ancrum Outdoor Centre offers Rescue Emergency Care (REC) First Aid Courses, recognised across the UK as the go-to qualification for those who work or play in outdoor environments. With over 20 years of respected delivery, REC First Aid is nationally recognised, quality assured, and is the preferred training for two out of three national outdoor centres.
This 2-day (16-hour) REC First Aid Course is designed to meet the needs of anyone pursuing National Governing Body (NGB) awards or working in remote areas. It covers a comprehensive range of emergency care topics, with a strong focus on practical skills and scenario-based learning. You’ll gain the confidence and competence to respond effectively to real-life situations.
