Our Hire Service
To hire equipment, simply pop into the Centre during office hours 9am-5pm Monday to Thursdays and 9am-4pm on Fridays. Please bring 2 forms of identification and a payment card in your name. These must include a valid photographic identity card and 1utility bill showing your current address within last 3 months. If you do not get any paper utility bills, we will accept being shown any formal online bill such as a bank statement with your current address from your mobile device banking app at the time of hire.
We only offer concession rates to customers who have a current Active Lifestyle Membership with Leisure and Culture Dundee and Juvenile concession rate is applied for under 17s, I.D required.
Know Before You Go
- Credit/Debit card required for all hires
- Our equipment is insured for accidental damage, but not for loss. To give yourself complete peace of mind, we recommend arranging your own insurance to cover any potential loss during your hire period.
- All rental items are available only at the discretion of our experienced staff
- No refunds can be issued due to weather conditions, lift closures or change of mind once equipment has been booked and fitted and paid for.
Skiing and snowboarding and other related activities are potentially hazardous. It is the individuals own responsibility to learn and understand the proper techniques association with safe participation in these activities to fully accept and assume all risk, damages, loss, injury or death which may result from the use of items available to hire.
